DrückGlück: Drückglück refuses payout

Hello all,

i know this topic has been covered several times here - but would like to know if anyone has had success.

I got a bonus of 663 euros credited on 09.11. - in the mail was no reference to bonus conditions, etc.. So I went in and played and at the end came the jackpot. I had a total of 50,000 euros and played down to 30,000 euros.

I immediately got a message from DrückGlück, I was congratulated on the win and whether I could submit a small video testimonial for promotional purposes.

I wanted to cash out 5,000 euros (more is not possible at once at DrückGlück) - the payout was denied to me because I would have violated the bonus conditions. I got a call from the VIP service that they would refund 1,000 euros as a gesture of goodwill.

This is a joke: I had since I play at the casino total bets of 830,0000 euros!

The VIP account manager wanted to pass it on again to the management - but gave me no hope.

I am considering reporting the whole thing to the Malta regulatory authority. After I myself work for a TV station, I am also considering passing the whole thing on to the editors.

Has anyone here already had success in proceeding further?

Please do not tell me that I should have read the terms and conditions - I know that myself.......

Many thanks in advance!

Well, either you have violated the terms and conditions or not.
From your contribution, goes out quite little.
Clarification you do not want.
What do you want at all?
Reads like always, if was lost, who gambles because already 830000 €, there is you no longer to help!
Do you think on the basis of this, they give you the win?
Dream on

Puuuh difficult actually you know even the Bonus money is always linked to certain conditions see terms and conditions.

The casino will certainly rely on their terms and conditions, try your luck via the MGA or regulatory authority but I personally see red for you.

How should the MGA help, the casino already pays 1000€ as a gesture of goodwill, if they would pay nothing then the MGA could not do anything. Bonus conditions are just so. So better to play without a bonus.

Take the 1,000 try vill get some more when you draw the card look how much I play

But come stupid and you get nothing

I'm sorry but even if nothing is written on it, the general bonus conditions usually apply only if the opposite is written on it then it is different

The MGA will not be able to help you because it will be as described above "unless otherwise stated the General Bonus terms and Conditions apply" I think that's what it always says

Even if you were to get a TV report it would still not be the fault of the casino but yours and I think any reputable broadcaster would not take the Risk of getting a lawsuit for reporting false facts

And how much you play there has already helped you with the goodwill 1000 er

I can put myself in your shoes have also similar amounts as you already left in the stores and am not at all a friend of DrückGlück but in this case, unfortunately, there will be no way to rip what
