Hi everyone,
Can someone please help me.
I deposited 25 euro at drückglück on 6/30/20 and claimed the 100% bonus.
Won over 3000€ on 80Cent bet and played 2 days more up to 6500€ and back down to 3500€.
I was offered bonus free spins and a free money bonus of 20€ which I did not take.
On 3.7 I made the withdrawal and submitted all documents.
The 3500 euros were canceled and as a gesture of goodwill I received a consolation prize of 250€.
