What does that have to do with my personal experience or how much you like the site? You simply don't understand how marketing works and if you seriously believe that over 63k users give a 5-star rating without it being a campaign, then you're just completely naive. A little media literacy certainly wouldn't do you any harm.

Even Gamblejoe only gets 3.5 stars overall and that's already very good for honest Trustpilot reviews. It is in the nature of things that dissatisfied customers are more likely to leave a review. If someone hadn't written here in the forum that you received 50 free spins for the review, then you would be arguing the same thing with Lapalingo, which also has almost only 5 stars.

Sorry, but it's really too stupid for me to discuss something so obvious. It just doesn't make sense with some people.

above all, trustpilot is really shit. i reported a lending company because 95% of the 350 (or so) reviews were written by people (all 5 stars, occasionally 4) who only wrote a single review on TP, the language style etc was extremely similar, all the same time period etc. you had to fill out a form, describe everything in detail, took ages. and then i get an email from TP saying i would like to fill in form xy and z. i asked them why i should invest additional unpaid time and nerves now, after i have already done their work, because actually such obvious fraud should not happen on the portal form at all. especially not with companies that handle money and can potentially ruin people.

there are only two possibilities:
either TP is absolutely incompetent and nothing works for them. neither the detection of fake posts, nor their support, nor anything else.
or the whole thing is tolerated and then the question arises as to why.

both are completely unacceptable for an "objective" rating portal.

what i'm also wondering is how it can be that DrückGlück has a german license and apparently nothing at all happens on the part of the authorities, even though so many people always have the same problems. and how can a casino get a license at all - without offering any support?
as far as i've heard, you can't even complain to the GGL because it's not responsible? or is that different now?

really 1a Player protection - not that i ever believed in it, but the fact that the absolute opposite is so obviously practiced is really hard to believe.

Have you actually read the Bonus terms and conditions? Maybe there's something in there 😁

Does anyone happen to know where you can leave a review on trustpilot and get free spins for it apart from Lapalingo and LordLucky?
