Hello everyone, I am facing a small problem and I hope that someone here can help me.

A good 1 1/2 weeks ago I played at CrazePlay with bonus, managed Wager and was able to request 500€ as a withdrawal. This has been canceled because I made a few rounds over the 4€, which was correct. I got an email that I get but original money back.

In my account was a CASHbalance, not a bonusbalace of 500€. I asked the support if I can theoretically withdraw this and the support said yes, they see nothing against it, because it is cashbalance. It also said so in the email
