Hello, I have a concern and can not get anywhere.
Crazeplay has canceled me 5200€.
To the matter,
I deposited 100€ with 35% bonus and won 5000€, this I gave directly in withdrawal because I knew that is the withdrawal limit with bonus. After that my account balance was 0€, I deposited again several times and won 4000€ again.
Also the 4000€ I gave directly again in payout! The account balance was again at 0€.
I have then again deposited several times and then won again, these winnings I gave again in payout, so far so good, the problem, Crazeplay canceled my last winnings because I have allegedly exceeded the bonus maximum profit of 5000€, while I have made the profits with a new Deposit! At the customer service I do not come further, run already for over 2 weeks the matter behind and are always only put off, turn me therefore times to you, maybe you have more possibilities than me. I have requested several times that they look at the deposit and withdrawal history, but somehow that brings nothing.
Greetings Christoph

Did you perhaps still have a few cents credit on your account?
Some casinos treat the deposited money as a bonus.

What a mess
In the transaction list/posting list you should be able to see that you used different bonus codes for different deposits, or that the wins were achieved after a new Deposit with separate bonus codes.

deposited 100€ with 35% bonus, you won 5.000€ with it and during the withdrawal the account balance was set to 0 because..? Was the money paid out or cancelled?
Then redeposited several times and won 4.000€, again after the payout the balance was set to 0? Because of the payout or the cancellation?
Last but not least redeposited and won 5.200€ which you did not receive?

According to the terms and conditions you can withdraw a maximum of 5.0000€ per week, no matter if you used a bonus.

"The maximum withdrawable amount per week is 5,000 EUR or 20,000 EUR per month (or the equivalent in any other currency)."

is ok if you can pay out only 5000 in the week, but then the money is not canceled but is posted back to the account

I would have said "bonus where you have to cancel manually" but it makes no sense if he has already paid out something

Since the assumption is close that it is a misunderstanding

Have given the first 5000€ in payout and then my player account was on 0€ because the money was in the payout.
The first 5000€ were transferred after a total of 7 days, but then I already had the 4000€ in which I had afterwards with a new Deposit with in the withdrawal requests
When I won again 2-3 days later, again with new deposits, I have made for the win also payout requests, were then once 2500€, once 2000, once 1500 and once 700€!
Then they paid me the 4000€ and in the same move were suddenly the 2000€, 1500€ and 700€ disappeared from the payout requests, on request I was told that the case is under review, that went 17! Days.
Then I got ne mail that also the 2500€ that were left were reduced to 1000€, because allegedly the max payout amount of 5000€ was reached, so they related the wins on the payout requests from the 4000€, although the yes with a completely different deposit and much earlier took place, were only together in the payout requests!

Some casinos treat the deposited money then also as a bonus.

No, have run down to under 0.20€, and from that point it is canceled on deposit
