Hi,

after years of problem-free deposits and withdrawals, Casumo suddenly demands several proofs out of nowhere after my last win over 4500€.
1. Proof of identity: ID uploaded -> rejected -> when asked in chat: "we don't need this proof, it was an accident"
2. Selfie with ID: Selfie uploaded with ID card -> accepted -> thought everything was done herewith

... .but 5 min later a new request by mail

3. Proof of income

From then on, I knew what was in store for me...I have already heard horror stories about it several times.

In the chat, I then asked what was required of me. It would go, for example, also a proof of recent wins from other casinos. On the Casumo page it says I need a "win certificate from the other casino"....I have never seen anything like that. But the employee in the chat told me a bank statement of the last casino winnings would also do.
So logged into online banking and filtered all the wins from August and sent them to Casumo.
Since then, nothing has happened. However, I am 99% sure that this proof will be rejected.

From here on, I then do not know what to do and am afraid to never receive this money. I am immensely disappointed and angry at this casino for this approach.

I can not really provide further proof. Sure, can still send over my account balance, but they do not want to know that, because they are only interested in where the account balance comes from. Proof of salary is not possible, because I have been sick for a long time and can not pursue any employment.

And best of all is the multiple notice from Casumo that I can Deposit and play at any time....but can not withdraw a cent.

I hope someone from Gamblejoe may be able to move something...?

Thanks for reading

hello, thanks for the first answers. sorry for posting the thread in the wrong area.
unfortunately, i don't know what they are allowed to do and what not, or what i have to put up with. are there any specific guidelines?

ok my proof was just rejected:

  • Please provide a more consistent Source of Wealth such as income from employment (document such as a payslip)

this is really fraud in my eyes. i was offered the opportunity to prove that the money came from other casino wins. now i am being asked to explicitly submit proof of salary.

Tell them it's about €4,000 and not €40,000 and if necessary send them an extract from sick pay or just tell them how it is
They must know that people also have RETENTION to live / play. For me an absurdity, just like selfe with perso. The money they take with pleasure, there can also a 12 year old playing, but as soon as they pay are some casinos (not all) impossible.

Since when does a casino want proof of income? Do they want to take out a loan on you or what? Never heard of such a thing.

With what haste then deposited?

was again in the live chat. it was again said "we are geseztlich obligated". my answer was that there is to my knowledge exclusively at Casumo.
i have now made a screenshot from the Wildz casino with payouts over 10500€. according to Live Chat, that should be enough once again, but it is guaranteed to be rejected.
i was then told: "you should know best where your money comes from "
wow.

now i also know what one or the other slot-streamer on twitch from Casumo meant, that after a certain point it is almost impossible to verify yourself.
by the way, i deposited with immediate transfer. like all the last years.
