Hello all,
i have been reading for a long time and now I need your tips and opinions.

I have from 01.08 - 15.08. 600€ deposited at Casumo, sometimes 50€, sometimes more etc..

Then I won on 15.08. with a little luck 4344.44 €. I try to get the amount paid out until today. It took a few days until I could verify. Subsequently, the payout was confirmed (I think on 19.08.). Until today I have not received the money. I have written to the support several times, every two days I get a very general statement.

Now it says, they have passed the transfer on 20.08. to a payment service Provider and want account statements from 20.08. - 01.09., as proof that I have not yet received the money.

No sooner said than done: I sent the account statements yesterday evening. Until now again no feedback.

Has anyone had similar experiences ? What can I do ? Just wait ?
