I am registered with Casumo since April, had so far never had any problems with the all ran great until the 12.08.2020.I have received on 11. 08 50 € vip bonus have won with it 1100 € which have applied to payout. A day later I got ne e mail I should verify (source of income) I have sent the my annual salary, the current payroll. On 15. 08 the documents were rejected. I have apparently gambled in the last 30 days there about 3700 € for which they want to have proof but my Casumo account shows a minus of 845 €. I have on 15.08 immediately uploaded documents such as account statements, older payroll. Today the 18.08 I got ne mail from Casumo that they still need some documents this time proof of July 4400 € I should prove. If I look at my history at Casumo account (entire history from registration until today) I have a minus of 845€. In the time I have cancelled my withdrawal 1100€ and 800€gambled away
