Hello dear community...

... a quick update on my pending Verification and a big shout out to all of you out there who can give me help on this!!!!

It is now 04/01/2020 and I have not received any mail from Casumo for 3 weeks now....furthermore I have been in contact with an Ambassador every 2nd day, one saying "It will be done in 1-2 days", the other saying "It just takes a long time to verify these documents"

What is it about.....I have in one month very much money deposited (11,500€)...this but also proven and but also because of this high Deposit immediately on my month to 1,000€/month max. deposit limit.....now I have but also a nice win in addition....which means on my account 20,000€ are actually for payout.

Problem for Casumo is to prove the 11.500€ deposit in one month....ok...no problem, so I went to my bank and talked to the advisor (know me for years)....he then confirmed the cash deposits, as well as the deposits to my Casumo account by stamp and signature, that this is all within the legality.....why??? ... NATURALLY, because also the German banks must act under exactly the same money laundering law as also Casumo in Malta...... I have even proven over third back where all my saved and received money comes....these whole receipts were sent several times.....means, it is all there and Casumo must look only on it....even from the money laundering law I have quoted (have quasi those the work in addition facilitated)...... .what happened 3 weeks ago to it?????...----> Casumo locked without announcement my play account!!!!!...now I HAD to inquire, what is going on here, in order to get in addition first an info....Casumo: "For safety reasons" <--- one cannot announce this simply times by Mail and say????

Now 3 weeks (15 working days) are rum....and it happened NOTHING...means, NO e-mail or the like...therefore I have every 2 days the Ambassadore asked....abblockt.....great, how one deals there with my property, because still is what is on the account in my opinion my property...... ... what happens now???? ... become from 3 weeks 6 weeks, then comes a simple mail "Rejected"????...more aknn one those not zukomen let...it is frightening, how there with one is dealt......

Therefore my appeal to you....WHAT SHOULD I DO???? ... ..I am THANKFUL for any help and will definitely keep you updated!!!!

I asked "what is being tested and how is it being tested?" ... maybe I can even help...... NOTHING...rejected

I am starting to be sure that Casumo absolutely does not want to pay out the money and then it gets interesting...because how does Casumo account for such money???? ... is it still there at all???? ...
