Hello I have won over 3 weeks ago at SpinsCruise (then still Casino Cruise) 5200€ with Jammin Jars and until today no money received.

After requesting the payout, the account was blocked and I should verify myself including selfie with ID and text and my signature.

I followed everything and sent via email. According to Live Chat, the documents have all been approved but my withdrawal is still not worked and my account is still locked.

The support puts me off every day with the same excuses that it is under review and I will receive an email.

Can someone please help me what can I do?
