I received a message on which I immediately wrote back because it seems that they did not seriously care about my request or did not really understand my messages or did not want to understand. However. Since then Casino Secret is out of the support business. No Live Chat, no replies...nothing. I still have not been credited the 25 pending free spins from February 27th (day one after initial deposit).
Almost a week has passed and up to this point Casino Secret has only managed to tug at my nerves.
To GJ: If you now ask a second time I would like to know how derren answer / apology is and whether they have planned to work in the future so.

Even I have reported that a Cashback game has given me no cashback and that I should please book on it or otherwise compensate. Then the woman from support said 2 days ago that according to my history but cashback has given what is complete Schawchsinn.
I then demanded that you send me a transaction list of my games where I can clearly show that I got none. Since then, no response, ansich very cool casino but very unfriendly support and now there is just keinie response to my question. Have even deposited there.
