I requested a withdrawal of 1.000€ on my MasterCard at 10am at the casino.
Every withdrawal is artificially delayed for a maximum of 48 hours
In the terms and conditions is the speech of "maximum 1-2 days".
This morning, the support told me that for first-time withdrawals the delay is 72(!!) hrs and that, the weekend is not counted!
I know no one with whom this was ever the case, my account was already fully verified and in the terms and conditions is NOTHING of it!

Support is also not available by mail, because mailbox full!

Hello Megner, I have just read in the GTC and here it says under point 9.3 the following

- After requesting a payout, this remains 1-2 days pending. As soon as it is confirmed, it will be processed immediately. However, the posting to your bank account may take up to three business days - this period may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method.

We also received this info from the casino and have added it to Casimba's details page.

That there is a waiting period of 72 hours for the first withdrawal is new to me. Unless you had to verify your account first? The best way is to contact me via Communicator and I will get in touch with the Casimba manager.
