Was a somewhat strange thing, I wanted to Deposit on 31 January at CashiMashi 100€, that has not worked then I tried it 2x via other payment providers. Anyway, is now in my player account 3xdie deposit of 100€ with the note "canceled" but once I was debited 100€ as Sofortüberweisung from the bank account. Have now beine complaint there run with ticket no. but really nothing happens. Normally, something like that has cleared up within 2 business days. I have also written to Caro. Should I now try to get the deposit back at my house bank or wait what happens?

The house bank can make there now nothing more no matter where the money is it has left the house bank after one working day you could but ask nicely if they can help you in the search then you find out at least once whether it was canceled by them
