Dear Gamblejoe Team,

unfortunately my quite good experiences with support and payout regarding Bluvegas are not confirmed in this case.

On 1.12.21 at 0 o'clock I requested a payout of 500€. Normally, previously withdrawals went through in 1-2 days maximum. I'm also not yet at 2000€ deposits, which is probably why you don't need Verification (I sent anyway).
Now until today (6.12.) the withdrawal is still shown as "in progress". I could still cancel it, which would be recently "facilitated" by a button directly on the main site.

I have written to the support 3 times. The statements diverge: "The management still has to confirm..." "An email was sent to the payment department, they will get back to me..." "I should be patient...". In the terms and conditions, a processing time of 48 hours is promised.

While playing I got free spins from missions from time to time, but had no bet higher than 1€, no bonus buys and no locked games played. No Deposit bonus used, deposited normally and without any bonuses.
