Hello,

have "reactivated" my ancient Betsson account a few days ago, i.e. have previously written to the chat and asked if I already have an account there... Yes, I would have, already 7 years old, so some data had to be updated - so far, so good.

I have now made some deposits, from the bank account and via paypal. Yesterday I finally had a small win and wanted to pay out 500€

Point 1: Payout was only possible with PayPal, although I deposited most of it via my bank account... Well, half so bad.

Point 2: The account is not yet verified... However, uploading the documents is not possible, on the corresponding page appears the note "currently no action required".

Point 3: Live support contacted and asked about the status of things... Statement: Processing takes max. 24h, then notification by mail.

Point 4: 24 hours are over, no reaction, no payout... The requested payout can still be cancelled - which I will not do. Wanted to contact support again - here appears the note: Live and telephone support are currently unavailable until probably 16.04.2019.

What's going on! I thought Betsson was highly reputable? This looks extremely like stalling tactics to me. I predict how it will continue: in a few days I get a message that the account must now be verified, this will then drag on for another 2 weeks and I will have to wait a while for my payout

By the way: the Deposit was significantly higher overall... I'm already puking in the beam again. Does anyone have a good Tip for me?
