Permanence
The term permanence is often used, especially in roulette. In short, it is a documentation of the last fallen numbers at the Roulette table. This means that the permanences show how often, for example, a certain number or color has fallen on the day. Interested roulette players can either refer to the permanents published by the Casino or alternatively make their own list in which they document the last fallen numbers. Basically, a distinction is made between continuous and broken down permanents.
Continuous permanence vs. broken down permanence
Continuous permanence is a list that contains all the winning numbers that have been determined. The different numbers are marked in color, so that you can see at first glance which number it is. The advantage of the continuous permanence is that you can see the order in which the numbers have fallen.
In the so-called broken down permanence, each winning number is displayed with frequency in the period under consideration. The advantage of this is that the display is much clearer, since it is directly recognizable whether a certain number has occurred with above-average frequency. Continuous or broken down permanence are often used to implement a certain strategy in roulette.
Some online casinos and casinos publish permanents
Partially, the online casinos and the established casinos publish daily permanences. In Germany, there are currently about 15 casinos that regularly publish their permanences. These include the casinos in Aachen, Bad Bentheim, Bad Harzburg, Bad Homburg, Bad Zwischenahn, Berlin, Bremen, Dortmund Hohensyburg, Duisburg, Hamburg, Hanover, Osnabrück, Saarbrücken, Wiesbaden and the Spielbank am Schloss Berg. In the online casinos, the publication of the permanences is so far still little widespread.
Of course, viewing the permanences does not increase the chance of a win. After all, roulette is and remains a game of chance whose outcome can never be predicted. However, the permanence listing can be a proof that the game is fair and it runs according to the random principle. Permanencies are therefore still an important decision-making tool for professional roulette players.
